A Forgotten Land

Plot:

Nick begins to feel strange; he feels like something’s watching him from above after his baptism. Christian asks him to shrug it off and join him in exploring the prairies.

The prairies of Alayssia are where most of the island’s dinosaurs live, and they encounter so many different types, from giant sauropods to horned dinosaurs to duckbills to descendants of the mighty tyrannosaurs.

In the prairies, Nick learns how to ride the two animals used for transport by the natives: Equussaurus and Lycaetherium. Christian also learns that there are hot springs that are keeping the island so warm that it was spared from nuclear winter when the asteroid struck Earth 65 million years ago. Nick learns that the theories of speculative evolution have come true…
