Cousins

Couwan is now 12 years old, and he's starting to grow longer hair and is becoming a better warrior with lectures from Toru and Mikasa.  After training, he finds Folora out practicing her grassbending, and they get to know each other.

Meanwhile, Trivana is struggling to fit in with the other mermaids because her father was human (Salokin) and her mother was mermaid (Nii'riish).  They are soon greeted by a Dinosaurian mermaid named Jessiana, and her Plesiosaurus companion, Violet.  Jessiana asks to hide with the other mermaids for a while, and Nii'riish reluctantly agrees, as she's never seen another species of mermaid before.  Jess, however, seems to get along with them fine and is even thriving.

Later that night, Jessiana is in a cave when Trivana appears to talk to her.  They are both suddenly ensnared in tentacles as the cecaelia Cephalor ambushes them and plots to kill them.  However, Violet attacks him, and she is soon aided by Oceana the Dolichorhynchops and Tilikum the Tylosaurus.  After some fight, Cephalor dives down to hide...
