Description

1.11 – The Devil

Plot:

A new Kaiju rises from the portal to rampage Tokyo, and it poses the greatest threat to humanity since King Ghidorah and Bagan.

Full Summary:

Reports of a new mysterious Kaiju are spreading, saying that it has obliterated entire cities in seconds. One reporter calls it a “big bitch” and it was adapted into its eventual codename, “Slattern.”

Konno sees a faint photograph and says it looks like a devil. Masato then gets a report that the Kaiju is heading straight for Tokyo, and orders an evacuation of everyone in a 200-mile radius of the city. The military arrives, and Godzilla surfaces. And just as he makes landfall, the ground shakes and the ocean erupts. Huge barbed tentacles come out and destroy all conventional units in the area, and Slattern emerges in front of Godzilla. This is the Kaiju that usurped the Vortaak, controlled the other Breachers, and sent them to attack.

Unlike the other Kaiju encountered, Slattern is more than a match for the King of the Monsters. Godzilla charges, only to be grabbed by the throat and thrown around like a rag doll. Slattern is also immune to Godzilla’s atomic breath, and he stuns Godzilla with a stream of electricity. Anguirus, Rodan, and Titanosaurus arrive to provide backup, but even they are outmatched by the colossus.  Eventually, Slattern backs down, and Tokyo is utterly destroyed by Slattern’s fight.

Masato learns that the nuclear bombs are ready and planted on Striker, and that because of his broken arm, Jake can’t pilot Striker Eureka in the final assault, so despite his condition, Masato elects to be Cody’s co-pilot…

How I personally imagine Slattern was inspired by your version.
