Devastator is the Decepticons' ultimate weapon of mass destruction, formed to counter the Autobots' Omega Supreme.  Formed from the Constructicons, this giant is immensely powerful.  He has brute strength and uses the Vortex Grinder, sucking everything into his mouth like a giant vacuum cleaner.  However, because of his size, Devastator doesn't move very fast, and his size also makes him dim-witted.  Nonetheless, Devastator is possibly the most dangerous Decepticon in history.
